I have gotten some concerns from readers about the spam snail mail and junk e-mails they have been receive from getting some free offers. Sometimes that is just the price you pay for getting a free deal. I am sorry :( ... But I notice on this form, that fill out your e-mail address is not one of the required fields (being that you want your sample shipped to the correct address, you will have to fill out the address correctly.) And on the very bottom it says; "Note: The information collected will be used for purposes of sample fulfillment only and will not be sold, shared or used in any other manner." So if you are concerned, this is one of those freebies that are probably not going to come with and junk mail.
