- Yellow Onions - $.59 per 3lb bag - AWESOME price! (I will probably price match the onions at Walmart if I am there this week before I go to Aldi... You can do the same, if it makes it easier. Just make sure to bring the Aldi ad because they have been making me trouble recently at Walmart. BTW their policy is that they will price match any advertised price of the identical item and you do not have to bring the ad but not everyone that works there knows it. It just makes it easier to bring the ad along.)
- Green Peppers - $.59 2 count package - AWESOME price!
- Whole White Mushrooms - $.59 per 8oz pkg - AWESOME price!
- Zucchini and Yellow Squash - $.99 per 20 oz pkg - very good price - you are getting more out of your money if the Squash is $.99lb.
- Roma Tomatoes - $.99 per 16oz pkg. - good price! Roma Tomatoes are usually priced at $.99 per lb. at Marcs.
- Little Salad Bar Italian or Caesar Salad - $.99 per 10oz bag - good price!
This is
the ad of the Cleveland, Ohio area Aldi. Aldi's produce prices are
regional. The actual items they put on sale are usually the same or
similar
in most of their stores across the country but the price may vary
depending on the
location.
Check your area by changing your location and let us know what other great deals there are out there at Aldi this week where you live!
I'd love to know where you find a Walmart with a produce section that's near the Cleveland Jewish community. I'd be interested in checking it out. I've heard the new store (going in on Warrensville) will have one, but I don't know of one now. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThe Walmart at Som Center and Mayfield has a small produce section. They usually carry potatoes, onions, sweet potatoes, apples, avocados, grapes, strawberries, celery, carrots.... and a few other things. They are all pre-priced (not weighed) and when those things go on sale at Aldi - I sometimes price match it to Walmart if I am heading there any way.
